Bond Counsel Adam Steuerwald (Barnes & Thornburg) introduced Resolution 2026‑24, which the council said would amend the lease with the Hendricks County Building Facilities Corporation to allow improvements at the County Fairgrounds and Complex. Councilman David Wyeth moved to approve Resolution 2026‑24; Councilman David Cox seconded and the motion passed 7‑0.
