The Board voted to recognize the Fremont Education Association (FEA) as the exclusive bargaining agent for non-supervisory certificated staff for the 2027–2028 contract year. The motion was moved by Jon Ludvigsen and seconded by Pam Murphy and adopted by a 6–0 vote.
