The San Isidro ISD Board voted Feb. 25 to approve a resolution authorizing the district to apply for State Homeland Security Program grant funds. Superintendent Elsa V. Morris presented the resolution and explained that approving it would permit the district to submit a grant application but would not constitute acceptance of any funds.
