Contractor says McGrare Elementary HVAC units running; final rooftop work planned for September

A Trane representative updated the board on McGrare Elementary's HVAC replacement project, saying the district's 59 water‑source heat pumps are installed and conditioned spaces met the target completion date. "Everything everything's running everything's running comfortably right now with all with all the classrooms and spaces," the representative said, adding that remaining items are controls programming and the planned crane lift for rooftop units. The contractor proposed doing the crane work over a weekend in September or, if weather or ground conditions require, during fall break.
