The Development Services Director told the Planning & Zoning Commission that City Council appointed a 12‑member Code Advisory Committee to advise a consultant-led update of the Unified Development Code (UDC). The consultant team will visit May 5–7, with meetings scheduled for council, staff and a stakeholder focus group; the director said the consultant will meet with the full Planning & Zoning Commission on May 7 and requested commissioners check their calendars.
