Legislature Allocates Subcontingency Funds to Local Arts, Historic and Service Agencies
Putnam County approved several transfers from a $75,000 outside-agency subcontingency: $10,000 to Garrison Arts Center, $10,000 to Boscobel House & Gardens, $15,000 to CAREERS Support Solutions, and $10,000 to Second Chance Foods; votes showed some dissent over funding new applicants.
