The council approved the Turtle Creek Valley Council of Governments' proposed code-enforcement contract for 2026 at a cost of $50,336.29. Mr. King announced the amount during committee reports and said the COG "has done a nice job in town." He moved approval; Ms. Henkel seconded and the motion carried.
