Putnam County approved Budgetary Amendment 25A079 to add UPWP discretionary funding for a transit study and to transfer $150,000 to the Capital Fund for consultants; County staff reimbursement of $137,461 was also identified and will be offset to the County.

Putnam County’s Physical Services Committee approved Budgetary Amendment 25A079 on Sept. 25 to add discretionary Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) funding so the county can move forward with a transit study now out to request for proposals.
