Council opens Prosperity Bank evidence account after DA recommendation

The Seven Points City Council approved Resolution 199 on May 28 to open a new Prosperity Bank account specifically for funds held as evidence, following a recommendation from Buddy Hill of the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office. The motion, made by LaJohnna Wells and seconded by Valerie Bahm, specified that a log will be kept to track funds and that named individuals would be check signers.
