Resident flags construction limits on property with small Oak Ridge frontage
A resident told the council that Property ID 10297 has roughly 20 feet inside Oak Ridge city limits and cannot be developed on the Oak Ridge side; the remainder may proceed under Kaufman County rules, and officials said a TCOLE approval process may take longer than August.

Magaly Baltazar spoke during the citizen input portion and flagged Property ID 10297, saying roughly 20 feet of the parcel lies inside Oak Ridge city limits and that "no construction on Oak Ridge side of property" should be enacted while the remainder of the parcel would be governed by Kaufman County requirements.
