Skyler Walker presented the court's January 2026 update to the Oak Ridge City Council and confirmed the monthly financial report had been submitted. "Average court appearance is 20 to 30%, we had 50% show up for their court dates," Walker said, and noted the next court dates are Feb. 11 and March 25 (evening sessions).
