Chief Bill Weatherly told the Oak Ridge City Council at its March 9 meeting that Records Management System (RMS) training is scheduled for March 10, 2026 and that the department's new system is set to "Go Live" on the following Wednesday. He said the department "should be" on budget with citation revenue once the system is fully operational.
