Staff told the council it will bring back a proposal to remove the current cap on sewer charges so sewer billing more closely tracks water usage. “I will bring a proposal to the council to remove the cap off the wastewater and the sewer lines,” the presenter said, adding that consultants from New Gen Strategies had noted the cap appeared unusual.
