The Poplar Bluff City Council on July 6 adopted Ordinance No. 26-34 to dissolve the city's Fair Housing Committee and the Residential Housing Board. Bill No. 8701 was read by caption, placed on second and final reading, and adopted; the council recorded an abstention by Councilmember Horton and six affirmative votes.
