Communications staff demonstrated a staging version of the town’s new public engagement hub (Engage/Social Pinpoint), which will group open, active and closed projects with timelines, renderings, surveys and a "who's listening" contact so residents can follow and receive updates. Staff said the tool aims to reduce misinformation on social media and to give citizens slider visuals and project timelines for initiatives such as Third Street and the arboretum.
