During second reading the Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-05 to amend Town Code Title 3, Chapter 3.05, shifting procurement responsibilities from the Town Clerk to the Town Manager and raising the dollar thresholds for procurement methods. Mayor Wallace moved the ordinance and the motion passed unanimously.
