Neighbor warns proposed changes could worsen flooding on Green Prairie Lane
A Green Prairie Lane resident told the Board she fears that bringing in fill or changing drainage for a new lakeside dwelling could flood lower properties; staff said any permitted fill would require a stormwater plan and cannot discharge directly to the wetland.

During the public-comment period, neighbor Hannah Hollingcamp told the Board that improvements on Green Prairie Lane historically have caused flooding for lower properties and asked the county how drainage would be handled if the LaVerns raised or re-graded their lot.
