The Village Board voted to allow Trustee O'Connell to participate electronically at the meeting due to employment reasons. A motion was made and seconded; after roll call the board recorded Trustee Kascatello as "yes," Trustee Bachner as absent, Trustee Gillis "yes," Trustee Vasquez "yes," and Trustee Brennan "yes." The motion carried.
