The Cheatham County Commission unanimously approved a zoning change for property on Split Rail Circle after a short public hearing that drew no speakers. County staff read the notice that Timothy and Wanda Baker requested the parcel, Map 98 Parcel 292, be rezoned from E1 (existing classification) to R1; the item proceeded to a roll-call vote and passed 12–0.
