GRW details multimillion-dollar water projects, says meter work nearly complete
GRW engineer Alan Bowman briefed the court on four district projects: a near-complete $2M meter-replacement project, a shovel-ready $1M line for a healthcare/autism center, a 100% grant flood-mitigation project on route 1410, and a proposed ~$14M water treatment plant that requires permitting and a PER.

Alan Bowman of engineering firm GRW told the court that the water-district meter-replacement project is nearly finished and has come in under budget, and that the firm is managing several additional projects for the district. "That project's almost done," Bowman said of the meter replacement work and added that the program used grant dollars.
