Bradley (staff) told the council the purpose of the work session was to reach consensus on the Visual Quality Advisory Committee recommendation so staff could proceed with final designs and a cooperative construction agreement. He said MDOT needs the city's position to incorporate into plan sets that will be further refined at 60% and 90% design milestones.
