Spring Green Plan Commission approves agenda and minutes, appoints minute taker and adjourns
At the Jan. 21, 2026 meeting the Spring Green Plan Commission and Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee approved the meeting agenda and two sets of minutes, appointed Wendy Crary as minute taker, convened as the Plan Commission at 7:19 p.m., and adjourned at 7:20 p.m.; all motions passed with all in attendance in favor.

The Spring Green Plan Commission and Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee took a series of routine procedural actions at its Jan. 21, 2026 session. Jason Falteisek moved and Kevin Zimmer seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the motion passed with all in attendance in favor. The commission approved minutes from the Dec. 10, 2025 Plan Commission hearing (motion by Zimmer, second by Reid) and the Dec. 10, 2025 Plan Commission and JEZC joint meeting (motion by Iausly, second by Zimmer).
