Matthew Kalish and Noah Anliker presented a Certified Survey Map to join two parcels on Sommerset Road (182-0752-00000 and 182-0753-00000) into a single lot. The Plan Commission reviewed the proposal and indicated consensus that the applicants may proceed with the formal Certified Survey Map process.
