Resident says Ivanhoe Drive work will finish this month; county to handle additional segments

Resident Joe Blackshear updated the council on Ivanhoe Drive construction timelines and county involvement. "Asphalt installation scheduled for December 12, 2025," he said, and reported that limestone base will be hauled in and laid the week before Thanksgiving so the base can set. Blackshear said the county has agreed to perform parts of the project and expressed hope county grant funds will allow repairs to Tolar Road and construction of a new bridge.
