Staff presented year-end 2024 program outcome data and noted reliance on Franklin County Auditor property data. Jeremy said abated parcels represented about 1.2% of city parcels at the end of 2024 (staff estimated 2025 might reach ~1.5%), with roughly $3.8 million in appraised value and about $70 million in abatement value for those parcels.
