The Baxter City Council approved a consent agenda that bundled more than 40 routine items into a single motion, covering minutes, finance reports, development and construction agreements, easements, and project authorizations. Councilors were asked to pull items if they desired further discussion; the meeting record notes an attendee asked that the temporary liquor license for Jack Mine Brewery (item 5) be pulled.
