Planning board lists continuing site‑plan items, keeps Mo/Moin Lake hearing open to June 8

At the start of continuing business the planning board enumerated several pending site‑plan reviews — including PK Hik LLC, Valley Resources LLC, the Outro property, SPG Waterview and Cantinium LLC's special use permit — and noted whether correspondence had been received.
