The Chamblee City Council on Aug. 18 handled several land‑use items: it approved a setback variance for 1983 Elwin Drive, approved conditioned variances for 2137 Bridal Dell, deferred 3669 North Peachtree Road and 4997 Buford Highway for reposting or later cycles, and acted on waivers for 6000 Peachtree Road.
