Joe Blacksher presented an interlocal agreement that would allow the City of Ivanhoe and Tyler County to exchange specific equipment and defined hours of use. The presentation described a trade arrangement but did not result in immediate approval: Councilmember Lindsay and Councilmember McWhorter initially voted for approval but subsequently redacted that action and the council tabled the matter to the following month's meeting to receive additional information.
