Staff told the board that two recent departures from the Wetlands Advisory Board created two vacancies and that an active alternate, Mike Endorf, has been participating and is willing to be elevated to a permanent seat. Board members discussed district representation concerns — one district would have two members if Endorf were elevated — and generally agreed to defer final action while they seek broader concurrence and look for additional candidates.
