Senator Lois Kolkhorst moved that SB 1012 do not pass but that CSSB 1012 be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a recorded vote of 11 ayes, 0 nays. The Chair recommended placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar, which was ordered without objection.
