The commission approved three small rezoning items on Aug. 17 after planning commission recommendations. The measures included a request by Shelby Keith and Greg Spain to rezone 1.84 acres to RP80 and a request by Leland Spain to return 3.08 acres from R40 to AG2 as part of estate and farm-consolidation moves.
