The council approved the application for the Seita Hill tax increment financing (TIF) district and the related proposed development program, including a proposed credit enhancement agreement with CHA Builders LLC. The chair said the district consists of approximately 56 acres and that a public hearing on the TIF had been held at the prior meeting. The motion to approve the application passed 3–0.
