Board approves copy-lease, FinalSite web contract and actuarial agreement

The board approved several administrative contracts during the April 7 meeting. The technology and business departments recommended a 60-month copy-equipment lease with Dosio at $3,648.14 per month (trial unit provided for evaluation). The administration also presented a three‑year web/content-management agreement with FinalSite—covering web hosting, a smartphone app and mass communications—at an annual fee of $16,816 for fiscal years 2027–29 (a modest increase from FY26). Finally, the business manager recommended renewals with the Pennsylvania Trust and Conrad Seabour (GASV75 valuations) for the pension/postemployment-benefit valuations required by government accounting standards.
