The Beeville ISD Board of Trustees approved the district's CDA policy at its Oct. 9, 2025 regular meeting. Trustee Theresa Arthur moved the motion and Trustee Mitch Luna seconded; the motion passed 6–0, with Trustee Eddie Salazar recorded as absent.
