Planning staff told the council at the Feb. 10 meeting that staff and the applicant had not resolved outstanding comments from the Dec. 16 Planning & Zoning meeting regarding proposed amendments to the Village of Spanish Oaks plan development district (Ordinance 596, an amendment to Ordinance 432).
