Trustees approved Ordinance 2026-04 on Feb. 2 to establish a permit process for raffles in the Village code. Trustee Jake Wacker moved the ordinance and Trustee John Keigher seconded; the motion passed by roll call vote with all trustees recorded as voting in favor.
