Mr. Kirkland reported that the unit for the Rayne AC project had been received and installation was taking place the evening of Oct. 21. The agenda included a Leverknight Electric change order showing a decrease of $12,644.00 and a Shadco proposal to bore from McCreery to the flag pole to install conduits for external cameras, at a cost of $7,800 to be paid from capital projects.
