Public Works Foreman Andrew Schultheis reported that the town clock has been installed and is operational. He presented an HCS quote for module cards largely intended for 2025 budgeting and identified one immediate item for the chemical pump integration priced at $449; Council President Mike Fleming said Bill Lambert could approve purchases under $500.
