City planning staff returned to council on Feb. 24 to update a draft major thoroughfare plan focused south of Highway 71 and the Hamilton Pool Road corridor. The staff presentation reviewed three options, environmental constraints (water‑quality buffers and floodplain), and traffic modeling out to 2045.
