Town staff reported progress on stormwater (MS4) compliance work and said the town will require contractor MS4 certification based on a Purdue model; Reggie (staff) is drafting an ordinance and the council asked for an early draft for review. The town also described an upcoming Neptune meter-read software update, with a March 30 software cutover and an anticipated field rollout beginning about April 6.
