PTEA bargaining ongoing; union lists priorities including pay, processes and class sizes

Sandra Tringolo, building representative and bargaining chair for the Phoenix-Talent Education Association (PTEA), briefed the board that bargaining has been ongoing since January and that three sessions remain. She listed the association's priorities as "fair and competitive compensation, clear and equitable processes within the contract, a contract that honors the professional expertise and experience of our members, a contract that gives us time to create quality lessons and provide quality service to the families of our community, and finally, reasonable and equitable class sizes."
