The Temple Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously Nov. 10 to approve Targeted Improvement Plans for Jefferson, Raye-Allen and Thornton elementary schools. Bre'Layshia Alexander moved to approve the plans and Dawn Cook seconded; the motion carried 7-0.
