Matamoras council authorizes court filings for code enforcement and accepts Conditional Agreement
Council authorized code-enforcement filings in court at staff request and accepted a Conditional Agreement between Michael Brown and the borough; Pam Conklin was also accepted for a Planning Commission alternate seat.

Code Enforcement Officer Shawn Bolles told council that several violations were unresolved and requested permission for him and the borough solicitor to file enforcement actions in court. Councilmember Harry Prey moved to authorize enforcement filings; Jon Maney seconded and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
