The Kittson Central School Board approved membership in the Minnesota Rural Education Association (MREA) and the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) during its June 25 meeting. The MREA membership motion was made by Crisa Mortenson and seconded by Amanda Pinnock; the MSBA motion was made by Amanda Pinnock and seconded by Mark Johnson. Both motions carried on roll-call votes documented in the transcript as Yea 6, Nay 0, Absent 1.
