The Greene County Redevelopment Commission voted 3-0 on July 23 to accept three mitigation properties from the Indiana Department of Transportation, subject to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions attached to each parcel. The acceptance was authorized "to facilitate receipt of those properties," the motion stated, and commissioners instructed staff to coordinate next steps.
