Avon BZA approves special-exception for 7 Brew Shiloh drive-through at U.S. 36
At its Aug. 18 meeting the Avon Board of Zoning Appeals approved a special-exception request for a drive-through for '7 Brew Shiloh' at 10240 E. U.S. Highway 36 by a 4-0 vote after a staff recommendation in favor and no public opposition.

The Avon Board of Zoning Appeals voted unanimously on Aug. 18 to allow a drive-through facility for a proposed 7 Brew Shiloh at 10240 East U.S. Highway 36, at the northwest corner of U.S. 36 and Shiloh Crossing Drive. Member Kathryn Ransburg moved to approve the application; Member Marci Taschler seconded, and the motion passed 4-0.
