The Kermit ISD Board of Trustees voted on Sept. 29 to table Resolution No. 2025-02, an agenda item intended to clarify that a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) figure presented at the Aug. 13 meeting did not reflect the Construction Manager at Risk's (CMAR) final GMP submission of $14,201,997.00.
