During an Aug. 18 work-session interview, Jason Resner, Jones County's county administrator, described the Public Facilities Authority as a financing mechanism the county uses to borrow for capital projects. "This is for the public facilities authority board ... it's really used as a a financing mechanism for for county projects," Resner said.
