Springtown moves forward on 2020–2040 comprehensive plan with $300,000 grant

Dalton, the consultant working on Springtown’s comprehensive plan, told the meeting the city secured a General Land Office grant of $300,000 with no local match to produce a 2020–2040 comprehensive plan covering community profile, facilities, housing, land use, economic development, parks, transportation, water/wastewater/storm drainage and a zoning ordinance. He laid out five project milestones that include three public town halls and a final adoption phase.
